The food is excellent of course and always has been but I have been going there for years and went tonight for a meal after not having been for a while. It has lost all its charm and personality. It has become about how many people they can get through the door and there is no longer any customer service or personal feel to it as when George used to run it. A real shame as I used to love going there. Feels like a conveyor belt with people lining up for takeaway or the next sitting. A sign of the times perhaps. If you want great food and nothing else then go, if you want more than that, don't!February 21, 2017
